What is the minimum order quantity of your products?
--> 1kg by courier.
What is your payment terms?
--> 100% T/T in advance.
What is your products sampling time and production time?
--> Sampling time: 7 to 10 days; Production time: within 15 days
How long is the delivery time?
--> Shipping time by vessel 2 to 4 weeks according to different destination port; Shipping time by air 2 to 6 days.
What we should do if your products can not run well?
--> Give us detailed report. Analyze the reason; If it's our problem and not possible to solve then we will give replacement.
